The other startup cost is paying for the permit, which is charged yearly at $800 ($70 per month).
Management fee is 20% of revenue which covers daily management of coordinating guests, scheduling cleaners/maintenance, and 24/7 on call to anything the property or guests may need. This also includes marketing the property on Airbnb, Google, and social media to maximize bookings/profits.
